Owing to Dui Hua's valued work, the foundation has been invited to give a number of testimonies on human rights issues in China. After Dui Hua received "special consultative status" from the United Nations, Executive Director John Kamm made a statement before a UN committee that detailed the background and ongoing progress of the foundation's dialogue with China. He also has spoken before US congressional committees on such issues as trade relations with China and the state of the US-China human rights dialogue, directly citing Dui Hua's advocacy and research in his remarks.
